~Where are you, where is your voice, your outrage of how the Iranian people are being treated by their government? The mere words you uttered to the people of Iran that the world is watching just isn’t enough.
~Americans understand the plight of the Iranian people as we have fought wars and lost warriors for the sake of freedom. The time is now, Mr. President for you to speak out, stand with Americans as we raise our voices against the brutality and aggression that these people of Iran are facing.
~ Demand that the killing stops and that they as living, breathing souls have the God given right for freedom of speech, to assemble and to live their life in a land of free of oppression. Mr.President, I know you are aware of the struggles of one Martin Luther King, Jr. and his fight for equality and freedom. He gave a speech, one that remains relevant in today’s world as others seek liberty and justice. Remember this………………………………………..
“I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together”
~Mr. President, we are living in the most peril of times, unrest in a nation that seeks to annihilate nations from the face of the earth, a nation that threatens our own security with missiles able to reach our shores.
~Yet, it seems you are wanting to push your agenda regarding nationalizing our health-care and bailing out companies doomed by greed. Now,is the time for you to concern yourself with matters of security. You appear to be motivated by aligning us with countries that have a different mantra for life than we as Americans have.
~We may be a nation of immigrants and we may share different opinions but we speak with one voice as we call for you to speak out against the injustice of intolerance, oppression. Its going to take more than a few words or phrases but will require action. Can you deliver?
