Bloomberg….You can’t ban God from Attending the Memorial

For where there are two or three gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Mayor Bloomberg may be banning religion at the 9/11 Memorial but he cannot ban God from attending! I understand that this isn’t a time for political speeches but to refuse to allow clergy from participating is beyond comprehension. Is he not aware that it was God that a nation turned to, to get through this most tragic time in our nation’s history? Isn’t it time for him to put his secularist beliefs aside, after all, isn’t this about the families who lost loved ones that day?

How ironic that Bloomberg supported the rights of Muslim’s to build Park51 which is just a few blocks from the site. Claiming that they have a “right” to build there. The Church Report quoted Rudy Washington, former Deputy Mayor to Rudy Giuliani as saying, “This is America, and to have a memorial service where there’s no prayer, this appears to be insanity to me.”

Pray for America

“Obama’s Weak Leadership and Wrong Direction” Herman Cain

Forget President Obama’s 40 percent (and still falling) approval rating. That just means that less than 45 percent of those surveyed have no clue about the direction of the country. Or, those same people support the president’s weakening of America. And please spare me the worn-out excuses that it was Bush’s fault, or things are bad because it was worse than he thought.

Consider the facts:

President Obama ended the Space Shuttle program as of two weeks ago when the last shuttle returned safely from its mission. We will now have to thumb a ride from the Russians if we want to get to the Space Station, and it will cost us dearly. John F. Kennedy’s vision of our leadership in space technology and exploration will soon be a national nightmare. We will now be a follower instead of a leader.

When President Obama made the decision to terminate the missile defense system being built in Turkey, he made it easier for nations like Iran to attack our friends like Israel with nuclear weapons. In talking with a ballistic missile defense system expert recently, I was told that we could have enhanced our overall missile defense systems capability by upgrading our sea-based defense systems technology for a relatively small investment. The Obama Administration said no to the expenditure even though, as a result, the world is not safer.

And now that the “surge” in Afghanistan is working according to General David Petraeus and others, the president chose to withdraw about one-third of the troops over the next year. That means the remaining two-thirds will be at a disadvantage in fighting the remaining enemy. The enemy did not announce that they will reduce their efforts to try to kill our soldiers by one-third.

The U.S. involvement in Libya has deteriorated into a debacle. The objective was not clear. The exit strategy is not clear. But the fact that we are shouldering the biggest share of the costs in this war is real clear. That’s not leadership.

Instead of moving toward energy independence, the president has made decisions that would make us more energy-dependent. An extended unnecessary moratorium on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico after the oil-spill crisis, and telling Brazil we will be their best customers for their oil with our money, does not convey strength.

America should and can be its own best customer for energy because we have the natural resources to do so. We just lack the will and leadership to do so.

We should not be surprised that this same weak leadership has allowed the debt ceiling situation to become a crisis. It could have been avoided, as I discussed last week. But as Speaker John Boehner put it, the president’s solution to the debt crisis is to give him a blank check.

Once again, in my grandfather’s vernacular, “We ain’t stupid!”

Our sluggish economy is our biggest crisis after national security. The business sector is the engine of economic growth. But the Obama Administration has done nothing to fuel the engine. It has only loaded costly legislation and programs in the caboose of our economy. Just look at the most recently announced GDP growth rate of 1.3 percent for the 2nd quarter of this year, following a revised 1st quarter growth rate of 0.4 percent. This is simply pathetic – but predictable.

Because if there’s no fuel in the engine then there is no economic growth.

It’s not rocket science. It’s common sense.

The president and his liberal allies continue to play the class warfare card by saying the rich should pay more in taxes, and that big corporations should give up some tax incentives to solve our economic and debt crisis. That’s just hogwash!

Taxing the rich and big corporations more will not solve the problem. A president who can lead and understands business and the economy would solve the problem.

Every time I hear about the latest unemployment statistics, it breaks my heart for those who want to work and can’t find work. And as I told Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday recently, I couldn’t care less about how much people like Warren Buffet and Bill Gates pay in taxes. I care more about the nearly 15 million people who can’t find a job that they are capable of doing because this economy is stalled, while this president just gives another speech.

Ending the shuttle program, weakening our ballistic missile defense systems, the retreat in Afghanistan, the debacle in Libya, the energy crisis, the spending and debt crisis, our anemic economic growth, and the painful unemployment rate are the results of weak leadership and failed policies.

America! We have a problem and it’s getting worse.

The facts are clear. We’re on the wrong track.

Obama’s words come back to haunt him…

Politicians all love to take center stage and be able to make that one statement that will resonate through the hearts and minds of Americans from coast to coast… The following is a prime example of what you say often comes back to bite you in the end…

“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government can not pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, “the buck stops here.’ Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.”

Senator Barack Hussein Obama, March 2006

How so very true those words are today

“If ANY OTHER President had…..”

I received this via email from Patriot Action Network and was compelled to share this as it is worthy of sharing and for sure offers food for thought!

If any other of our presidents
had doubled the National Debt, which
had taken more than two centuries
to accumulate, in one year,
would You have Approved?

If any other of our presidents
had then proposed to Double
the debt again within 10 years,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had criticized a State Law that
he admitted he never even read,
would you think that he is
just an ignorant hot Head?

If any other of our presidents
joined the country of Mexico and sued a
State in the United States to force that State
to continue to allow Illegal Immigration,
would you question his patriotism
and wonder who’s side he was on?

If any other of our presidents
had pronounced the Marine Corps
as if it were the Marine Corpse,
would you think him an Idiot?

If any other of our presidents
had put 87,000 workers out of work
by arbitrarily placing a moratorium on
offshore oil drilling on companies that have
one of the best safety records of any industry
because one foreign company had an accident,
would you have agreed?

If any other of our presidents
had used a forged document as the
basis of the moratorium that would render
87000 American workers unemployed,
would you support him?

If any other of our presidents
had been the first President to need a
teleprompter installed to be able to get through
a press conference, would you have laughed and said
this is more proof of how inept he is on his own and is
really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes?

If any other of our presidents
had spent hundreds of thousands of Dollars
to take his First Lady to a play in NYC,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had reduced your retirement plan holdings
of GM stock by 90% and given the
unions a majority stake in GM,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had made a joke at the expense
of the Special Olympics,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had given Gordon Brown a set of inexpensive
and incorrectly formatted DVDs, when Gordon Brown
had given him a thoughtful and historically significant gift,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had given the Queen of England an
IPod containing videos of his speeches,
would you have thought it to be a
proud moment for America ?

If any other of our presidents
had bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia ,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had visited Austria and made reference
to the nonexistent “Austrian language,”
would you have brushed it off
as a minor slip?

If any other of our presidents
had filled his Cabinet and circle of
Advisers with people who cannot seem
to keep current on their Income Taxes,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had stated that there were 57 states in
the United States , wouldn’t you have had
second thoughts about his capabilities?

If any other of our presidents
would have flown all the way to Denmark
to make a five minute speech about how the Olympics
would benefit him walking out his front door in his
home town, would you not have thought he was
a self-important, conceited, egotistical jerk?

If any other of our presidents
had been so Spanish illiterate as to refer to
“Cinco de Cuatro” in front of the Mexican ambassador
when it was “The 5th of May” (Cinco de Mayo),
and then continue to flub it when he tried again,
wouldn’t you have winced in embarrassment?

If any other of our presidents
had burned 9,000 gallons of jet fuel
to go plant a single tree on Earth Day,
would you have concluded he’s a Hypocrite?

If any other of our presidents’
Administrations had okayed Air Force One
flying low over millions of people followed by
a jet fighter in downtown Manhattan causing
widespread panic, would you have wondered
whether they actually get what happened on 9-11?

If any other of our presidents
had failed to send relief aid to flood victims
throughout the Midwest, with more people killed
or made homeless than in New Orleans, would you
want it made into a major ongoing Political issue
with claims of racism and incompetence?

If any other of our presidents
had created the positions of 32 Czars
who report directly to him, bypassing
the House and Senate on much of
what is happening in America ,
would you have approved?

If any other of our presidents
had ordered the firing of the CEO
of a major corporation, even though he
had no constitutional authority to do so,
would you have approved?

So, tell me again,
what is it about Obama that
makes him so brilliant and impressive?

Can’t think of anything?
Then you’d better start worrying.
He’s done all these things in 28 months —
and you have less than 19 months
to come up with an answer.

Every statement and action in this email
is factual and correctly attributable
to Barrack Hussein Obama.
Every bumble is a matter of record
and completely verifiable

Organizing Prayers For Jobs in America

“I am a real Christian, that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus. I have little doubt that our whole country will soon be rallied to the unity of our Creator and, I hope, to the pure doctrine of Jesus also.” Thomas Jefferson

…Thus America was founded upon Judeo-Christian beliefs, now after 235 years we are once again at a crossroad; the very foundation that the founding father’s shed their blood to create this nation is being squandered by an administration that has no desire to uphold, protect or defend our Constitution and persist in trampling on the Declaration of Independence. They are trying desperately to make us a nation “dependent” on the government. Ignoring the pleas of the people by pushing socialized medicine down our throats, skyrocketing the national debt, by trying to raise taxes on a nation whose economy is now higher than during the Great Depression of World War II. Unemployment is rising with no hope in sight of recovery.
It is my desire to organize a twitter/Facebook event for people across this vast nation to post as their status or via tweets; Prayers for Jobs in America. The time is crucial that we as our founding fathers before us turn to God and seek his Divine Intervention and help us through these most darkest hours. Prayer is a powerful weapon against evil and what we are facing is truly evil in it’s most vilest of forms. So, I ask you to join me in this venture and lets send up multitudes of prayers to seek God’s Grace, his Mercy for a nation under strife….

Whew, Weiner’s going…NOW..Fox News & et al..Report the REAL news!

Today after many people from both political parties have asked Rep. Anthony Weiner to step down he finally decides too. Good, myself and many others are so tired of hearing of his obsession with himself, young women & porn stars…not to mention his love of “stretching” the truth …okay…flat out lying to the American people and his constituents…I am not going to rehash this debacle that he brought upon himself…There isn’t any use in doing so because apparently the fact that he was so obsessed with his “man-hood” that our news media and not only the main stream media completely forgot that we are involved in four [4] wars, 9.1% unemployment, the economy is seriously taking a nose dive with no light at the end of the tunnel and no plans in place to seek recovery and we have problems with our home values…but yet taking a picture of one’s self is more news worthy than what is noted above.
Now for heavens sake, let this man do his rehab, get counseling for his habitual lying and just go on with his life so we can once again be informed of the real issues facing this country! Is it 2012 yet?

Herman Cain…A Re-Founding Father To Restore America

Many years ago a nation was founded not by politicians like the ones we know today but by average everyday citizens. They came from all walks of life, farmers, plantation owners, doctors, lawyers and…businessmen. These people are what today we refer to as “Our founding fathers”…Together they laid out historical documents such as the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution.
“…At the time of the Constitutional Convention, six individuals were major land speculators, including Robert Morris and Wilson. In addition to these land speculators, twelve Founding Fathers such as Mason and Washington owned or managed slave-operated plantations or large farms. Madison also owned slaves. Franklin, Robert Morris, and Sherman had jobs working with securities. Thirteen people were businessmen, merchants, or shippers, including Robert Morris, Sherman, and Wilson. Two of the less known Fathers, Broom and Few, were small farmers. Supplementing his other employment, Franklin was known as a scientist. Although not as well know, McClurg, McHenry, and Williamson were physicians, and Johnson was a university president. Madison studied theology and thirty-five Founding Fathers had legal training as lawyers. Most of the Founding Fathers were employed in more than one type of occupation. Just as the occupations differed, so did the economic status of these men. Most of the Founding Fathers incomes ranged from good to excellent. Washington and Robert Morris ranked among the nation’s most prosperous men. Although all of the Founding Fathers managed to live comfortably, among those with the most difficult economic statuses were Madison and Sherman. Madison received a major part of his income from public office. Riches came to Gouverneur Morris, Randolph, and Washington by being born into leading families. Others like Franklin, Hamilton, and Sherman were self-made men who had risen from humble beginnings. The Founding Fathers experienced a variety of occupations after the convention as well. Most were successful, although Robert Morris and Wilson, among others, suffered serious financial burdens that left them in or near bankruptcy. Washington and Madison became President of the United States. Cabinet posts were attained by Hamilton, Madison, and Randolph. Nineteen men became U.S. senators including Gouverneur Morris, Robert Morris, and Sherman. Sherman and Madison also served in the House of Representatives. Wilson served as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. Most of the delegates helped the new government they had worked to create.”
Today in the 21th century we have a new group of people much like those who fought oppression from tyranny. I like to think of Glenn Beck as being the pamphleteer of our time, unlike Paul Revere who rode a horse warning about the British coming, today’s world has evolved and with technology comes a new way of warning the nation of what lies ahead of us. For you naysayers who want to mock Beck’s passion for enlightening the American people of the perils that lie ahead, we just may have the last laugh as you become bewildered by the egregious mishaps of this current administration and can’t figure out why or how this happened to you.
Gas prices at an all time high, with the possibility of it being over five dollars by mid summer…our economy is worse today as it was when Barack Obama became our 44th President. Record unemployment, housing markets tanking with no light visible at the end of the tunnel and yet after two and half years the liberal pundits and this administration want to continue to blame George W. Bush…borrowing one of the progressive’s key words, “clearly” this socialistic progressive administration doesn’t realize that the ball is now and has been in their court and history will judge them not Bush for their actions or the lack of leadership or to follow through on the empty promises made along the campaign trail in ’08 as well as now in 2011 as we prepare to bring real change to DC.
There is a new train moving across the country and it’s that of Herman Cain, a non politician whose message is gaining momentum and is resonating across the air waves, internet. Cain has stated that, “we’ve been electing politicians and how that is working out for us”…Beck this week spoke with Cain this week for an hour and it was from that episode to which inspired this post as Cain reminds me of “Our founding fathers“…I prefer to think of him as a “re-founding father” of our nation. His common sense solutions for getting America back on track to the true core values in which this nation was founded upon.

Be sure and make note that Cain will be in New Hampshire June 13, 2011 at 7 p.m. (you can set it to send you an email to remind you to tune in) and you can donate to support in his efforts to restore America for future generations to come.
